Qualitative Evaluation of the Unterlinden Museum’s Education Programs

  • Measure the educational benefits of the programs offered to schools through interviews with teachers and museum educators

  • Identify what features of the program might be an obstacle to achieving the desired experience.

  • Identify what characteristics might influence the interest or ability of school groups to use the museum's education programs.

  • Look at the relationship to expectations, i.e., what is taken in by school groups in relation to what was planned and what was offered.

  • Provide a method of continuous evaluation.
